Beckenham Montessori Pre-School is located in a very pleasant residential area with ample parking close to the town centre.

The Montessori Pre-School uses three rooms within the premises of the United Reformed Church Hall, as classrooms. The children in each of our classrooms are of mixed ages. Rooms are also used for Music and French lessons, these lessons take place on a weekly basis and are taken by qualified teachers.

We have a large hall which we use for playtime, role play, gym and sporting activites. There is also an outdoor play area.

At mid-morning snack time we have fresh fruit, a biscuit and a choice of drinks. There are regular opportunities to taste exotic fruits or foods related to our projects. We have a project, colour and sound of the week; children are encouraged to bring in something related to the weekly themes.

Beckenham Montessori Pre-School has had good reports from OFSTED Inspectors. The latest OFSTED inspection report is available at the OFSTED website.

In 2009 we became accredited by I CAN for speech and language.
